The community discusses the future of the web and the way in which the set of technologies enabling internet will influence the development of the socio-digital life, the building of the digital identity of people and organizations, and the acceleration of learning social processes. All thanks to the exercise of simultaneous sociability and access to ubiquitous information and intelligence.

Nova Spivack escribe un interesante artículo en el que analiza la sobredosis de información y la multiplicidad de medios sociales. Califica la situación de 'Sharepocalype' y denuncia cómo las grandes compañías de internet invierten más en competir que en diferenciarse las unas de las otras. Ante la sobreabundancia, Spivack propone una nueva oportunidad para las empresas. Lo llama Social Assistance, un conjunto de acciones para facilitar la supervivencia en la maraña de la Web Social.
